As well as offering a wide range of specific training courses LFTW Living-Recovery is able to provide bespoke training for churches and Christian projects.
Such training usually comes out of discussions with the church or project following some basic awareness training and could include any of the following;
Training for volunteers and staff of an existing project such as a Food Bank or a CAP Centre. This training would take into account the nature and ethos of the existing project.
|Development of a specific module for a project, to meet a particular need. Examples of this include setting up small therapeutic groups within a residential project and specialist training to enable a church to work with the families of addicted clients.
A combination of Living-Recovery courses put together to enable a local church or group of churches to set a new project such as a drop in centre or a homelessness project.
As with our other courses of more than two days duration, Bespoke Training can be paid for by a regular monthly donation to LFTW Living-Recovery as part of our Partnership Training Scheme. Please ask for details of this scheme when talking to us about your training needs.
